A platform for finance scholars to visualize and do scientific research——Financial Academic Explorer
The theme of this year's competition is "Developing a visual research and discovery platform for financial scholars". The participating teams will take this opportunity to help researchers develop a platform with advanced visualization functions. The platform can display the information and results of the queried, the map of the academic cooperation network, the most influential papers and scholars (key nodes of the network), hot research topics and other relevant information. The product needs to help users conduct data sorting and analysis, network spectrum construction, academic circle discovery, and design interfaces for users to query and retrieve, display the results of scholars, academic circles, topics and hot spots, and achieve product design goals that can be used directly.

本届大赛以“为金融学者开发可视化的科研探索发现平台 Academic Explorer”为主题， 参赛队伍将借此帮助科研人员开发一个具有高级可视化功能的平台，该平台能够展示被查询者的信息和成果、学术合作网络图谱、最有影响力的论文和学者（网络关键节点）、热门研究话题等相关信息。该产品需要帮助使用者进行数据整理分析、网络谱图构建、学术圈子发现，还能设计接口供用户查询和检索，展示学者、学术圈、话题和热点等结果，实现可直接使用的产品设计目标。
