Competition Rules

The CHENGDU 80 Global Financial Product Design and Development Competition consists of two main parts: the development phase and the presentation phase.

Development Phase: Participants will use the provided servers and computer terminals to develop and implement their competition projects. Each team must complete the tasks independently during the competition, and the performance of the developed product prototypes will be evaluated through public voting and expert review.

Presentation Phase: All teams’ source files and presentations will be loaded onto a public computer for demonstration. Each team will present in a random order, with 15 minutes to showcase their project results and 10 minutes for Q&A. A panel of judges, consisting of experts from academia and industry, will evaluate the projects based on a series of criteria including coding, functionality, and innovation, and will announce the winners.
